Tracking Information
A few things to know while following your delivery.
Tracking Isn't Updating
Tracking information may take some time to appear after your order has been dispatched. There may also be periods between carrier scans where no new tracking event is displayed. If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, please contact NURTAPAW Customer Care with your order number and tracking information.
My Order Has Multiple Tracking Numbers
Products from the same order may occasionally be fulfilled or dispatched separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and your parcels may arrive at different times.
Tracking Says Delivered, but I Can't Find My Parcel
First check the delivery address, other members of your household, your property's reception or security area, any designated safe delivery location, and the local delivery carrier where appropriate. If you still can't locate your parcel, contact NURTAPAW Customer Care and we'll help you investigate.
My Delivery Is Taking Longer Than Expected
Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch, but occasional carrier, customs, weather or peak-period delays may occur. Check your latest tracking information first. If your order appears to be significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and tracking details.
